Following a commercial shoot for the website of a local salon, where we shot the staff in a police line-up, Kristin Langille, who had been assisting me on the shoot, stepped in and played a few rolls of her own.
We fiddled with a lot of concepts, and then tried to refine each one as we went along. This one, obviously inspired by A Clockwork Orange evolved out of Kristin playing a mime - which I thought looked kind of like Alex from ACWO. Anyway, we shot a few as 'Alexa', changing up the poses and such. At one point, I thought some small piece of anarchy or broken order had to be added - which resulted in the off-kilter 'D' in Scotlan'd' Yard... Anyway, it's a detail that I hope adds, rather than detracts from the image.
This will not last long, quite clear from the luscious laser look from the ferocious felonious Femme Fatale that there is not an asylum that can hold her. As you note, she could not even rest until she had broken the sign as an act of defiance for her mugshot left for posterity. With a body like that i think it will not be long before She has busted up the joint and taken her leave without waiting for the detail of a reprieve. A delicious diabolical deviant Daughter of drooged desires coming to do desperate deeds in a neighborhood near you. It would take this magnificent malicious Mistress of malfeasance all of two milliseconds to intoxicate me with her spell before sending me straight to her own personal hell. i bet she steals that sign and hurts somebody with it when she goes.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
